We provide a warranty for all of our phones. The warranty covers technical faults, but not mechanical damage. If the phone is bent, water-damaged, or any of its glass parts are cracked, the warranty is voided.
Before sending us your phone, please turn off Find My iPhone by going to Settings > [Your name] > Find My > Find My iPhone > Turn off. If you are unable to do this, please remove Find My iPhone by going to www.icloud.com/find and removing the phone from your Apple ID account.
Secondly, please reset the phone by going to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
Finally, please remember to remove your SIM card, pack the phone securely, and keep the tracking number for your return shipment. Do not send the phone to us via the Post office or any other courier than DHL Express, as we will be unable to track the package.
